Locksite Fee:                                                      $35
Dump Fee, Non-Guest:                                    $20
Ice Bag:                                                                $2.50

RV Storage (Resident):                                    $125 + Tax
RV Storage (Non-Resident):                           $150 + Tax
Deposit:                                                               25% of Reservation Total

*PAYMENTS PAYABLE IN US DOLLARS, DRAWN FROM A US BANK.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days in advance minus the $25 cancellation fee.
If cancelled between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the deposit is refunded. If cancelled less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.
Specials cannot be used with or consecutively to any other offer or special. Reserved months must be consecutive.

While we attempt to accomodate requests, unless a locksite fee is paid we cannot guarnatee a specific site.

ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED.
